It would have been easier to answer if you would have mention what exact problem you have when you say you are weak. To reduce your physical weakness all you need to do is take a healthy nutritious diet. Your diet should be high in proteins. Regular intake of fresh fruits, dry fruits and green veggies. Regular water intake of 3-4 liters. Keep your intake of junk food to minimum. A sleep of 7-9 hours on regular basis. Along with this any kind of physical activity for a minimum of 30 mins at least 5 times in a week. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. Get yourself examined once by your family physician to rule out anemia.
