How to lose stomach fat!!

There is no medication, diet plan or exercise routine that will only focus or will help you to lose stomach fat. Reducing overall body fat percentage will help you to reduce fat over the abdominal area also. Try and make following changes to help you achieve your goal: Replace refined foods with whole grains. Include plenty of fresh fruits and green veggies in your regular meals. Make sure your breakfast, lunch and dinner has some amount of protein rich foods. Avoid junk food, deep fried food and excessive sugary drinks. Do 30-45 mins of exercise regularly. Swimming, cycling, jogging, brisk walking are all good options to begin with. If all these changes do not help you than consult a registered nutritionist to formulate a diet chart for you.
