Hi, I am a 45 year old male with a moderate exercise day. I am 74 kgs in weight and 5' 4 ". I am having borderline Diabetes and High BP to the tune of 130/184. I am currently prescribed Glycomet 500 mg SR for diabetes and olmetar for HBP. Are these the right medicines for me?

Yes, the prescribed medicines are correct. You must check your blood pressure and blood sugar levels every 3 months so that the dose can be regulated if necessary. Apart from medication, well balanced and nutritious diet and regular exercise are a must to prevent damage to your internal organs.
