| Hi,Thanks for query,
Do not bent your knee more than 90 degree.
Do not sit leg bending,
Do not sit keeping both knees crosed and bent (Palothi)
Do regular physiotherapy like Patellar exercise,stretching of thigh muscle exercise.
Take calcium,vit A,D and multivitmins.
Take plenty of milk.
