hi i have two quastion 1. if another person sperm cell come in my bloodstream can imunne system detect and kill dna of sperm?can it affect in my dna?2.can rectum absorb saliva and dna of it?

Any thing absorbed in the blood from G I Tract and come in the blood stream and excreted through kidney by passing urine.
All substances absorbed will be disintegrated and throughing outside through kidney.
