Hi,G.Chandra, Thanks for query, First find out the cause of severe back pain. Go for x ray lumbo sacral region to rule out Acute PID. Consult orthopedic for diagnosis and treatment. Mean while you can take tab. dan-P twice a day. Ok and bye.
