You have to find out some time for exercise like running,jogging,swimming.
Avoid more fat and carbohydrates.
Take more green veggies and salads which will decrease the amount of food to satisfy your hunger.

Thanks for your query. Not geting time for yourself is just a excuse to get away from facts. Do find 30 mins time for daily exercise. Start slowly so that you continue for long. DO not start strict difficult dieting as you will not continue for long. Instead start simple but diet that you will follow for long.
