Thanks for query,
You have not mentioned about nature and type of problem.
If there is itching,soreness and crusty lesion on the scrotum then it may be fungal infection.
If there is swelling of scrotum then there is possibility of having hydrocele or hernia is there .
So without more detail history or physical examination it is very difficult yo come to the conclusion and treatment.
