	expansile lytic lesion is seen involving base of 2nd metcarpal bone with surrounding soft tissue component appearing hyperintense on T2 weighted images while appear hypointense on T1 sequences. There is evidence of fluid-fluid level. The approx size of mass lesion is 20mmx28mmx19mm. what is treatment of above report.

Hello Doctor, I have broken my right hand wrist bone 1 month ago.The plaster will open 1st week in April according to doctor's suggestion. but since last two days I am suffering from severe pain. Pain killer is also not working that much.My question is this is something serious to worried about??..or its natural in case of breaking hand...And feeling much pain in thumb finger related bone also can't move my fingers smoothly.when i try the pain increase. plz help me.

	Last night I was involved in a car pile up and received whiplash. My current conditions are that I have a headache, sore neck when I move around and a sore left hamstring muscle. My neck is especially sore when I tilt my head up. This causes my spine to hurt and upper back, along with upper arms. I'm just wondering what sort of injury would I have?

about a month ago I hurt my knee, I twisted it and it made a popping noise and hurt really bad, I had a emobilizer, got MRI's X-Rays and they said they found some fluid in the knee but nothing more, no torn ligaments, nothing, so my knee still hurts till this day, not as but yes, and it swells from time to time, it's stiff and just doesn't feel right. It hurts on the inside and top of my left knee, what's wrong with me doc?

I've just noticed this within the past year or so, but sometimes if I put weight on my right foot with the toe partially (but not completely) pointed, I hear and feel bubbly-ness? It's like air bubbles or something. It doesn't really hurt, it just kind of freaks me out a little bit. It only happens on my right foot, in the Achilles area, which is funny, because my right foot/ankle area has never been injured, and my left foot has (sprained and fractured at the same time). Is this some sort of problem..? I've been able to crack my ankles at will as long as I can remember, but I don't do it all that often, and I doubt that would have anything to do with the Achilles anyways. Any idea what this could be..?

	I smashed my finger while closing the car door and not have of is blue, and on the back there is a red line and it looks like an arch. I can move it and straighten it but it still kind of hurts. I don't know what to do. Should I go to a doctor? Is the nail going to fall? If the nail falls, will it grow back? Any advice? Please help me.bo
