Sanskrit name of Boswellia Serrata is Salai guggulu. It has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years as a safe support for healthy joint & muscle functions. The herb Shallaki is considered to possess analgesic and anti-arthritic properties. By regulating the mediators of inflammation, boswellia may exert a significant anti-inflammatory activity that may support reducing pain and inflammation without affecting gastric mucosa. It helps soothe the joints & helps treat levels of synovial fluid which in turn may make the entire structure lubricated and easy to rotate or to move.
